These 'Terms and Conditions' are designed to give useful information related to my products and website; this additional information does not affect your statutory rights under the Sales of Goods Act.

Order Times

If items are in stock they will usually be despatched within 3-4 days. Items that need to be made or produced may take a few days longer. If you need something by a specific date I will be happy to arrange this.

Payments

You can pay using a credit card, a PayPal account or cheque. On-line payments are secure, confidential and I do not have access to any bank or card details. Payments made by cheque must clear before goods are sent.

Returns

Returned goods should be returned to me post-paid. If the items are not to your satisfaction or unsuitable a refund or a credit note can be arranged. Any items damaged in transit/on arrival will be replaced free of charge. There are a few items which cannot be returned, these will be clearly indicated on the relevant pages.

If you are not completely happy with any your purchases please contact me immediately and I will be happy sort out a refund.

Proof of Posting

For your own protection please keep a record of posting documentation and receipts. Please make sure that any postage returns include adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned products.
